A Spectacular and attractive Amethyst Geode bringing deep purple, large amethyst crystals filled with the rare Golden Goethite. This specimen is a world class example of a high end, super extra (AAA) quality Amethyst, which I have no doubts will look magnificent in your collection or decor.
The first and more prominent characteristics are the brilliant and deep purple point crystals, and its Crystal Calcite inclusions throughout the specimen. This amethyst specimen also brings many Amethyst Flowers (AKA Amethyst Rosettes) and Calcite Inclusions, these formations are present mainly on the bottom of the Geode but they are all over it, as we can see on its back and top of it.
Last but not least, I'd like to highlight the lace agate matrix. The Two Toned Agate layers are very rare to be seen and the outer shell was polished in order to showcase the natural drawings it brings.
Size-wise it stands a little bit more than 12 in. tall and weighs 27 lb. being the perfect size geode. The matrix of the geode is composed by a thin layer of Basalt which was then covered by the Agate Matrix, and it had the need to be reinforced.
