This very rare form of Amethyst brings a crown of all-natural crystal in its center and features multi-colored druzy, galaxy-druzy, and mineral growth throughout. Its most impressive aspect is the perfection of it all: a world-class piece with zero treatment applied.
The colors on this Amethyst Rosette are simply fabulous; with layers of multicolored minerals interlacing throughout the specimen. Looking through the specimen, we find pink galaxy druzy alongside clear and green Amethyst Crystal Points because of the Celadonite, followed by purple, orange, and yellow minerals. This fantastic combination reminds me of underwater coral but is formed by millions of years of evolution and quartz crystal growth.
Another beautiful characteristic is its multi-layered growth. The layers are distinct from each other, sometimes separated by druzy, other times changing colors as different minerals took place. This is the result of many years in the perfect environment for its growth, where every little part was influenced by a different mineral, creating a multi-layered display that reveals various colors and growth patterns.
I have done my best to describe this beauty as it is, and it is important to note that this Rosette is completely intact, showing its natural form as it was found in the mine.
