Rare Pair of Bookmatching Amethyst Geodes with Lace Agate Matrix, Galaxy Amethyst, and Crown Formations
One-of-a-kind is a good definition for this pair of Amethyst Geodes with a gorgeous Banded Agate matrix. These Amethyst Geodes bring us a super rare geode formation that resembles a human figure and has horizontal flower crowns (Amethyst Stalactite), deep purple colors, and different druzy sizes with many of them being filled with Golden Goethite (AKA Cacoxenite) inclusions.
With a human silhouette, the first thing we notice in them is their tall, curvy, pointy shape. This format is rarely seen and is the combination of two main erupted bubbles that was large enough not to be separated and gave us this beautiful format.
Another beautiful characteristic of this crystal is the many different forms of amethyst druzy seen on the geodes. As we look at it we can clearly see the different layers of colors and the growth of the Amethyst Points. The crowns have and some parts of the bottom bring larger, juicier Amethyst Points, meanwhile, the geodes chambers have smaller galaxy amethyst, this combination creates a shiny landscape as if it was a mountain with clouds or rivers of Amethyst.
Last but not least, the multi-colored lace agate matrix involves the surroundings of both geodes, bringing blue, white, and grey color tones to the specimens, a delightful color combination.
It is the perfect Large-sized pair, standing at 30 in. tall. The matrix is composed of a thin layer of Basalt which was then covered by the Agate Matrix, and it had the need to be reinforced in order to become a stable specimen.
This exceptional pair of Amethyst specimens come straight from the source (my hometown) Ametista do Sul, Brazil, and brings the peace of mind of being Ethically sourced. Please check the pictures to see more of it and feel free to message us in case you have any questions or particular requests. 🤍
