Magnificent, this Rare Amethyst geode brings us Sugar Coated Amethyst (AKA Galaxy Druzy) and many perfectly formed small calcite on top of it. This by itself is already a very rare formation and it combines with the points being full of Goethite inclusions, and it makes it ever more rare! A perfect specimen to start a conversation, a centerpiece to your collection or decor.
The Chalcedony growth which was covered by the druzy is another very rare formation, specially being fully covered by the micro quartz on top of that.
Last but not least, the multi-colored lace agate matrix which involves the Amethyst Geode, it brings distinguished colors, and a neon like quality to the geode.
It is the perfect medium to small sized geode, with a little bit more than 15 in. tall and weighing 27lbs. The matrix of the geode is composed by a thin layer of Basalt which was then covered by the Agate Matrix, and it had the need to be professionally reinforced.
This exceptional Amethyst Agate specimen comes straight from the source (my hometown) Ametista do Sul, Brazil, and brings the peace of mind of being Ethically sourced.
Definitely a collector specimen. Please check the pictures to see more of it and feel free to message us in case you have any questions or particular request. 🤍
