Rare Earth and Blue Lace Agate Slice with Crystallized Center, On Display
This exquisite and rare agate geode is a delicate specimen that displays rare colored laces with orange, blue, and black tones, forming amidst rarely seen inclusions. The Soledade Agate Geode is truly a natural work of art and a perfect addition to your collection or as a centerpiece in your space.
As mentioned earlier, intricate color patterns can be observed in this Agate Geode, enhancing its rarity. These patterns arise from the presence of different mineral impurities and their interactions with the silica-rich solutions during the formation process. In this particular case, bold colors have formed in multiple areas, which is highly uncommon in agates.
Another rare characteristic of this geode is the sparkly Galaxy Druzy which can be observed both inside the caves and on the exterior of one of the pieces, adding to the already gorgeous aesthetics of the geodes.
All natural and outstanding, this crazy lace agate geode will surely be an amazing addition to your crystal collection. Check out the photos and feel free to send us a message if you have any questions or specific requests. 🤍
You may be wondering, how were the blue lace layers formed? It's just amazing: agates normally form inside bubbles or cavities of igneous (volcanic) basalt and, over time, are filled with layers of water with high concentrations of silica. The water is slowly evaporated, forming a layer of silica gelatin and then a layer is formed. It is a very slow process and each layer contained different impurities, thus forming different colored bands. Fantastic, right?
