There's something magical about natural Prasiolite. This very rare form of Amethyst is scarcely found in Brazil, with some pockets in Poland, and this piece is one of the finest natural specimens around.

The specimen brings naturally shiny green Amethyst Points, showcasing a beautiful translucency that's second to none as well as Trapiche Patterns. Trapiche green amethyst, which would more accurately be referred to as trapiche prasiolite, is a very rare occurrence in the quartz family. The term "trapiche" comes from the Spanish word and is typically used to describe a type of gemstone that displays a unique, wheel-like pattern of spokes, or growths, that radiates from a central core.
