Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy
Shipping Times
Items which do not need custom boxes usually take 1-3 business days to ship out after an order is placed. Larger items and special items which need made-to-order wooden boxes usually take 2-3 days to ship out after the order is placed.
Typical transit time with UPS and FedEx is 5-14 business days, depending on factors and customs.
Unfortunately, once the order leaves our hands, we have the same tracking information as the customer and are not responsible for delays which may occur due to the carrier. Express shipping options available.
Return & Refunds
- Please return the crystal to us within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
- No returns will be accepted without the customer having obtained a return authorization.
- A restocking fee of 15% will be applied.
- All returns must be in original mint and clean condition. Returns for damaged, scratched, any different than the product was while shipped by us will not be accepted.
- All products must be returned in a safe package.
- Refunds will be denied for any product returned not conforming to the above mentioned conditions.
- E2D Crystals will not pay for return shipping and the shipment cost of the otherwise free shipping will be discounted of the refunded amount – customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s).
- Shipping fees will only be covered if the return is the result of a shipping error due to E2D Crystals.
- For returns that meet the above criteria, you can expect the credit note as soon as the item arrives back.
Customs, Import Taxes and Delays Due to Customs Procedures
- Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
- Please be aware that E2D Crystals is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Damaged Products due to Transit
- If your order somehow happens to get damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for a solution. Please make sure to send photos and videos of the damage.
