Natural Blue Banded Agate Geode with Gorgeous Flame Swirlings
A gorgeous medium-sized Blue Banded Agate Geode, this beauty brings us a one-of-a-kind lace agate formation, a unique color pattern, and a beautiful natural drawing resembling a Flame on a totally intact Agate (without conchoidal fractures and no fissures as well). A collectible and rare piece of natural art, ready to become a piece in your decor, be it an elegant room, office, crystal collection, or any space that can aggregate such beauty.
Quality-wise, this geode is considered a Super Extra because of its formation and the spectacular Agate Lines (Bands or Laces) which can be perfectly seen on this geode. The pattern of the Agate layers shows us the whole process of growth, for millions upon millions of years it was there evolving and on the middle of it the gorgeous Purple Amethyst Druzy. These layers are called Bands or Laces.
The colors are a chapter apart, starting with a deep blue tone, and layer after layer, the blue tone gets lighter, till the white chalcedony becomes the main center of the agate flame.
It is very important to highlight the fact that this Agate Geode with Druzy formation is in its purest form and no treatment was applied to it.

You may be wondering, how the Blue Lace Layers were formed? It's just fantastic: agates form normally inside bubbles or cavities of igneous basalt (volcanic) and upon time it's filled with layers of water with high concentrations of Silica in it. The water is slowly evaporated, forming a layer of jellied Silica and then a layer is formed. It is a very slow process and every layer had different impurities in it, that way, forming bands of different colors. Mind-blowing, right?
