What started as a large Natural Diamantina Crystal Quartz, this exceptional Skull was transformed into an artwork by the hands of Romeu, a personal friend of mine and possibly the best crystal sculptor in Brazil. This sculpture is perfect for any space, surely becoming a centerpiece and a conversation starter between you and your family/friends.
This crystal skull brings world-class transparency, and from within, huge rainbows form to create an effect that reminds the Aurora Borealis, but inside a crystal clear quartz. With these rainbows in the middle of a crystal clear, the silhouettes of the human skull get their shapes and characteristics.
The Diamantina quartz itself is gorgeous, AAA-grade crystal quartz, so clean that makes it very difficult to photograph or record. And the collaboration between nature and the crafts of Romeu creates this phenomenal artwork, one enhancing the other.
