A small but gorgeous amethyst cluster, this deep purple specimen features a rare calcite formation growing alongside the amethyst points. It’s an exceptional addition to your desk décor, altar, or crystal collection—and a memorable gift option.
The calcite is the first thing that draws attention. Its formation creates a visually pleasing contrast against the rich purple amethyst druzy. It developed through two generations of growth: the first generation formed a crystallized calcite structure, and on its sides, smoky calcite crystals emerged with pointy, shiny tips.
Another highlight is the amethyst druzy in this cluster, which features a rich, intense color and a translucent quality. Within it, small golden goethite inclusions create visible phantoms, adding even more to its rarity.
